The My Solly membership card can only be used at the stores listed on the website or the catalogue provided by MG along with the My Solly card. ">Points Earned on Purchase
1. To receive points you must present your card at the time of purchase. Points are awarded only for goods purchased and paid for.

2. MG and their participating vendors will determine from time to time which goods qualify for points and the number of points that will be credited for purchase of such goods. My Solly membership card is only applicable and valid for purchases at Allen Solly stores and the participating vendors, and points will only be earned for purchases made at the Allen Solly stores and the participating vendors covered under the program.

3. Points activity summaries will be notified to the customer on a quarterly basis. Member must notify MG Service Centre of any alleged inaccuracies in the points activity summary provided to them within four weeks of the receipt of the same, any failure to inform the inaccuracies within the prescribed time limit shall be taken as correct and accepted by the member.

4. Any inaccuracies brought to the notice of MG within the prescribed time will be verified and a decision taken related to the alleged inaccuracies will be communicated to the member and such decision shall be final and binding.

5. The points earned cannot be pooled with the points earned by any other My Solly member. Points would expire twice a year, please log on to check the T&C, no claim for redemption of reward points will be entertained after the said period.

6. Points cannot be redeemed for cash value and can be redeemed only for goods. Points cannot be sold, transferred or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of this agreement.

7. All decisions relating to your membership, card or points are at MG’s sole discretion.

Reward Redemption
1. Rewards are not transferable.

2. All rewards are subject to availability and are subject to advance booking where required, cancellation restrictions and other terms and conditions as appear in the Reward Catalogue or as otherwise stipulated by the reward provider. MG shall not be held liable for any failure on the part of a reward provider to provide rewards on their stated terms and conditions.

3. Rewards in the form of tickets or vouchers will be posted to your address registered with us, and the appropriate number of MY SOLLY points will be debited from your MY SOLLY points balance.

4. Neither MG, the participating vendors nor the reward providers will be responsible or liable whatsoever for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage, cost or liability arising from the use of the card, from your participation in the My Solly points programme or arising from or in connection with the My Solly points programme, the card or your membership. Should MG, any participating vendor or any reward provider be found responsible or liable to you, such responsibility or liability shall be limited to the value of any points standing to your credit at that time.
